This issue has been addressed by version 2.1.1 of the Unofficial Skyrim Patch the quest will no longer be triggered by shouting in uninhabited locations and specifically, only habitations/dwellings/military encampments will trigger it.The bug below may occur if the shout is used in the dungeon before finding the word wall in that same dungeon. Oddly, it can possibly even direct you to the same dungeon where you used the shout. This quest can be triggered while shouting in a dungeon, not only in a settlement.Both quests can even point you to the same word wall as the other. This quest can be repeated multiple times, and can also be active simultaneously with the other quest to locate word walls, The Words of Power.
